Qatar article

My article about my trip to Qatar with the Juilliard Jazz Ensemble appears in this month's issue of the Juilliard Journal. The trip was a project of The Juilliard School and Georgetown University and was not connect to Music for the People. However, the article is relevant to the mission of cultural diplomacy.
