Major gift

I am thrilled to announce that the Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation has awarded a grant of $5,000 in support of Music for the People's endeavor. I am honored that the foundation has chosen to support what we do, and would like to thank everyone at the foundation, especially Joseph C. Mitchell, for their extraordinary generosity and their commitment to the idea of bringing people together through music.

In recognition of this gift, the Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation will be named a major sponsor of Project III, together with Kevin and Pam Wolf, the Juilliard Summer Grant Program, and the Fan Fox and Leslie R. Samuels Foundation. In addition, the Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation will be named a major sponsor of one of Music for the People's projects in 2007.

I have updated the donors page of the website to reflect this and other recent donations.
